～Certified by the Minister of Health, Labor and Welfare as a Company Promoting Women's Activities with the Highest Rating～

SheepMedical is pleased to announce that our group company, SheepMedical Technologies, received the third level of “Eruboshi” certification, the highest rating, from the Minister of Health, Labor and Welfare on May 7, 2025. SheepMedical has also been certified as an “Eruboshi” company in 2023, and with the certification of SheepMedical Technologies, the entire group is proactively promoting efforts to promote women's activities.

About the “Eruboshi” Certification

The “Eruboshi” certification is a system under which the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare certifies companies that have made excellent efforts to promote the advancement of women in accordance with the Law Concerning the Promotion of the Advancement of Women in Employment (Women's Activity Promotion Law). Companies are certified if they meet the criteria for five evaluation items: recruitment, continued employment, working hours and other work styles, ratio of management positions, and diverse career paths. There are three levels of certification depending on the level of achievement of the evaluation items, and SheepMedical Technologies received the highest evaluation, “Eruboshi 3rd Level” certification.

Initiatives and Achievements of SheepMedical Technologies, Inc. in Promoting the Advancement of Women in the Workplace

As a provider of marketing services in the medical and healthcare fields, SheepMedical Technologies believes that it is essential to have human resources with diverse perspectives and backgrounds, and has been actively promoting the advancement of women. In this “EruBoshi Third Level” certification, the company was recognized for its achievements in the following certification criteria.

• Continuous employment - High level of average years of continuous service by female employees
• Working hours and other working methods - Appropriate management of overtime hours for all employees
• Ratio of managers - Ratio of female managers exceeds the industry average
• Diverse career courses - Conversion of female employees from non-regular to regular employees, Multiple achievements in career advancement, reemployment, and hiring of women over 30 years of age

Based on these achievements, SheepMedical Technologies was certified by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare as an “Eru-boshi” company, the third level of certification, which is the highest rating for a company promoting women's activities.

SheepMedical Group's efforts to promote women's activities throughout the group have been highly evaluated, with SheepMedical Corporation followed by SheepMedical Technologies Corporation also acquiring “Eruboshi” certification. Taking the opportunity of the third level of certification, the entire group will further promote women's activities and diversity.
